Raiders preparing for defense of national and conference title

They only lost three of their 27 cascade conference games in 2019.

Coming off of last sson there was a lot of pressure going into it, lost of expectations but we've been doing a pretty good job of just playing our game, playing sou softball, playing for ech other and things are just quickly falling together and it's just looking really good for us."

In those four games, s-o-u has out paced their opponents 39 runs to 18.

Senior allie stines has been a big part of that run production.

She has 16 runs batted in, good enough for first in the conference and third in the n-a-i-a.

And then there's ace gabby sandoval with her c-c-c leading 34 strikeouts.

I've been really anxious all fall and just to be back on that field with my team was really special just because that feeling i have with them behind me is a pretty great feeling."

Allie stines says, "i think we're just going to do really great things this year.

There's really no pressure to redo what we did last year we're just going to do what we can this year and go get it."

Hitting was the focus and while the intensity was definitely championship caliber, the easiness that the raiders showed highlighted their chemistry.
