Intellectual property lawyer David Knight reflects on the news that Harry and Meghan won't be able to use the word 'royal' in their new enterprise.
A spokeswoman confirmed today that the couple will begin their new life away from the royal family from the 31st March before launching a new non-profit organisation later in the year.
