A quarantined resident in southern China jogged 100 kilometres in ten hours in his living room during coronavirus outbreak.

The video, shot in the city of Chongqing on February 12, shows the 48-year-old man named Xie Xingwu jogging around his living room.

He can also be seen using an ab wheel, cycling and lifting dumbbells.

Xie is a running enthusiast and he always participates in marathon competitions and cross-country rallies.

Since he was quarantined at home, he ran on a treadmill every day until it was broken.

He then started to run around his living room.

He ran 100 kilometres in his living room in just ten hours on that day.
