The video, filmed in the city of Shaowu in Fujian Province on July 9, shows a pleasure boat floating along an overflowing river caused by recent heavy rainfall and ends up crashing into a pier on a bridge and collapsing.

One people was on the boat when the incident happened but the person was not in life-threatening condition, reports said.
