Monks from Bihar’s Gaya condemned the vandalisation of Buddha statue in Paksitan and expressed their resentment over the incident.

The statue was discovered during construction work in Pak’s Mardan district.

It was vandalised because they considered the relic to be unIslamic.

4 people have been arrested in connection to the incident.
