African-American male fatally shot in face in high-traffic, Brooklyn, New York streets

An African-American male was fatally shot in the face on Thursday in Brooklyn, New York.

(August 20) According to the filmer and journalist, "Bystanders reported that the victim was being stalked and made sure that he was dead.

Witnesses saw five people including two shooters running away from where the victim was shot.

The victim appeared to be carrying an illegal six-round revolver and was dropped on the scene with him at the time when he was shot multiple times.

A few bystanders appeared to recognize the victim as a violent man and a part of one of the local New York gangs.

The shooting took place at a heavy foot traffic area with restaurant near Fulton Street and Flatbush."
