Storm Francis has swept beachgoers in Chesil Cove, Portland off their feet as strong winds roll into England's south coast.

Footage shows beachgoers on the pebble beach as coast guards patrol and keep watch.

Storm Francis arrived in the early hours of August 25 bringing heavy rainfall and 70mph winds, the Met Offices says.
