The attorneys representing the family of Alexis Mendez-Perez filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the DOC investigator who fatally shot him in April.
Authorities on Sunday continued to investigate a deadly officer-involved shooting in Anaheim that led to the shooting death of 25-year-old Jesse David Nava.
