Hebron Christian School's headmaster shares how he regulates face coverings.

Administrators require students to wear face coverings, but how do they regulate it?

Wtva alexis jones is live pheba with how a clay county private school is making sure its students wear masks.

Here at hebron christian school, administrators are requiring face coverings (use prop) but students do get to take some breaks from the masks when it's safe to do so.

Sot: "it's just not really feasible to ask a small child to wear a mask 8 hours a day."

Headmaster bobby eiland, said students do not have to wear masks during gym class, recess, and while they eat.

Eiland said only 165 students attend the school.

Only 5 to 15 students can be in each classs so they don't require masks in class either.

So he said he requires students to wear face coverings on buses and in the hallways when they can't social distance.

Sot: "anytime they are less than six feet apart they wear their masks."

Bobby eiland- headmaster trt: 4 headmaster eiland said if a student does not have a mask, school staff will give him or her one.

If students who ride the bus don't have face coverings their bus driver will give them one before they can get on.

Eiland said many parents are donating masks too.

Sot: "parent support has been tremendous during this whole thing."

Bobby eiland- headmaster the headmaster said he hasn't seen any push back from students.

He said they wear masks when they are supposed to.
