Ardmore Avenue upgrade project to offer 'welcoming entrance' to Fort Wayne for future businesses, re

Mayor Tom Henry and local community leaders gathered Wednesday to celebrate the completion of a large project that is aimed at making Fort Wayne a more "welcoming place" for businesses and future residents.
