"* the governor says she s really impressed with the project.

During a roundtable discussion ?

"* members on the project committee shared the progress on the clinic that's set to open in about a month.

Another part of the project is the construction of a new community center?

"* including a larger library and daycare.

This is being done not through tax dollars ?

"* but by private donors and fundraisers.

The governor remarked of a plan that had some fairly quick turn around from when it was conceived just "it's incredible and it's a real testament to the people in the community and their can do spirit and coming together to get things done.

This is what we want to see in rural iowa across the state."

The governor also mentioned some additional ways to aid in getting funds through grants as part of empower rural iowa ?

"* and the childcare grant fund.
