En-route to Hathras, Rahul and Priyanka take halt in Mathura
Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and KC Venugopal, took a halt at a restaurant in Mathura.
They are en-route to Uttar Pradesh's Hathras to meet the victim's family.
This is brother-sister duo's 2nd attempt to meet the victim's family.
19-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped, and later died on September 29.
