A Fort Wayne man is behind bars after being pulled over for a registration violation after police say he acted suspiciously and later found a large supply of drugs in his car last week.
According to court records, 43-year-old Lance E. Morningstar is facing five felony charges including resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness and gun charges.
