The chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, hit out at former chief minister and Congress leader Kamal Nath.
He claimed that Kamal Nath stabbed farmers in the back with his farm loan waiver scheme.
"The Congress government (Kamal Nath) stabbed farmers in the back by saying that loans up to Rs 2 lakh would be waived for everybody but in reality put in complicated conditions to qualify for that waiver.
Is it not cheating the public," said Shivraj Singh Chouhan at a public rally.
