The sign you see behind me is the second sign the north state builds trade council has placed in chico endorsing their picks for this year's elections.
The first sign was placed on hwy 32 and ninth ave on wednesday, but was quickly removed by cal trans because "any signs that are on the state right of way that aren't authorized, they are removed by our field maintenance crews."
