The 23ABC I-Team has obtained exclusive access to body camera video from last year when an off-duty Bakersfield police officer fell asleep while intoxicated inside of the Studio Movie Grill.
CBS 2's Jeremy Ross reports on the dash cam video of the moments when a Waukegan police officer shot into a car, killing a young man and injuring his girlfriend.
This happened around midnight at the Rotana Furniture store in Tacony.
