Florida Judges Teed Up For Election Challenges
As President Donald Trump and Democratic challenger Joe Biden pull out all the stops to capture Florida’s 29 electoral votes, courts in the state capital are preparing for what could be a judicial tangle over the outcome of Tuesday’s election.
Election officials have flagged more than 30,000 vote-by-mail ballots in Florida for signature issues. With 1.8 million mail-in ballots yet to be returned, that number is expected to grow.

More than 7.3 million Floridians, or half of registered voters in the Sunshine state, had voted as of Thursday morning, with five days remaining before the Nov. 3 general election.
