A major development in a high profile case as three men charged with manslaughter learn those charges are dropped. The victimโs mother now says the system failed her son.
A Wayland woman was shot and killed at her home by her son in what is being investigated as a murder-suicide, according to the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.
