After 4 days of breather, Delhi returns to poor air quality
After four days of breather, Delhi's air quality again deteriorated to poor-very poor category in various parts of the national capital, according to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
Delhi woke up to smoggy morning with Air Quality Index (AQI) in Anand Vihar at 306 (very poor category), around IGI Airport (T3) at 229 (poor category), around Lodhi Road at 181 (moderate category), and in RK Puram at 287 (poor category) as per data released by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
An AQI reading between 0 and 50 is considered "good", 51 and 100 "satisfactory", 101 and 200 "moderate", 201 and 300 "poor", 301 and 400 "very poor", and 401 and 500 "severe".
