New data released by the Erie County Department of Health shows COVID-19 spreads rampant in nursing homes, with five facilities having positive rates higher than 14%.
The owner of Ramona Fitness Center is trying to rally business owners to stand up for their rights and consider defying San Diego County public health orders that require many businesses to close.
