Lexington Coronavirus. Lowest number since mid-September.

Lexington recorded its lowest number of new virus cases since mid- september...but the health department says it's too early to tell if that's because of the thanksgiving holiday or an actually indicator of a plateau.

The health department reported 164 new cases...bringing the total to 17,403 since march.

The city had 6,070 cases in november...which is more than double the previous record month.

Nearly 35- percent of fayette county's cases came just last month.
