Six people were shot Saturday. Three of them died, including 69-year-old Jerome Woodfork. The vigil is set to take place at Don Carter Lanes in Rockford.
Duke Webb, a 37-year-old Florida resident and active military member, is facing three counts of first degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. CBS 2's Marie Saavedra reports.
