President Trump signed a massive pandemic aid and spending package that restores unemployment benefits to millions of Americans and avoids a federal shutdown.The president backed away from his earlier threat to block the bill which was approved by congress last week.
Senator Braun joined Governor Eric Holcomb during his weekly press briefing. He used his time this afternoon to discuss how the new stimulus bill will help the state of Indiana.
DETR says: "On December 27, 2020, a federal Covid-10 relief package called the “Continued Assistance Act” was signed into law. Unfortunately, the bill was signed after the programs all expired."
