Retail architect Sterling Plenert designs restaurants, and his job got quite a bit more challenging when tasked with designing eateries with COVID restrictions.
Sterling explains what the restrictions are and how he designs restaurants within those guidelines.
He also looks towards the future of NYC dining and envisions a version of New York with permanent outdoor eating.
