Butte County Public Health says every hospital in the area has its own surge plan in place. Action News Now spoke with local hospitals to see how they are preparing.
Clarion Hospital and Butler Memorial Hospital say they have reached their maximum ICU capacity and are implementing their "surge plans." KDKA's Lindsay Ward has the details.
