'Healthcare workers, scientists enthused': CSIR DG on India's vaccination program

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Director-General Dr Shekhar Mande on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement on country's COVID vaccine program expressed confidence.

"It gives us confidence when the country's highest office says that we are capable of delivering vaccines to the people.
