Ahead of West Bengal Assembly polls, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president, JP Nadda visited Bardhaman and held a press conference on January 09 where he compared his recent visit to the state with last one and said "so far so good".

"Last time when I came, the manner in which I was welcomed enroute Diamond Harbour, we were attacked under a plan by administration and political party - nation witnessed it.

MHA took a strong note of this.

Today when I'm here again, I say so far so good," said JP Nadda.
