A cases of bird flu has been detected at Kanpur Zoological Park on January 09.

The zoo has been closed for the visitors for 15 days.

The authority will send more samples to the Animal Disease Laboratory of Bhopal for testing.

The sanitization work was being undertaken in the zoo premises to contain the spread.
