Received complaint against 'Tandav', action will be taken as per law: Anil Deshmukh
Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on January 20 said that a complaint has been received regarding web series 'Tandav'.
Action will be taken as per the law, he said.
"Central government should bring legislation in regard to OTT (over-the-top) platforms," he said.
BJP leader Ram Kadam and other leaders alleged that the web series 'Tandav' has some inappropriate scenes of Hindu gods which are hurting religious sentiments.
Recently, the creators of 'Tandav' apologized for unintentionally hurting people's sentiments.
