Mahagathbandhan to hold 'Kisan Jagruk Saptaah' against farm laws
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on January 21 informed that Mahagathbandhan will hold 'Kisan Jagruk Saptaah' (Farmers Awareness Week) to "educate" them about Centre's farm laws.
The 'Kisan Jagruk Saptah' will be held for a week from 24th January to 30th January.
"People, especially farmers of Bihar, will be made aware during the Saptah," he added.
Yadav announced the information after a meeting of constituents of Mahagathbandhan today.
Bihar's Deputy CM claimed an aide of opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav was involved in alleged NEET paper leaks and irregularities. He said Tejashwi's former aide booked rooms for an engineer accused of leaking questions, alleging the RJD tries to influence appointments. The claims follow a confession about arranging stay for NEET candidates on a "minister's" directions. Amid protests over results, 13 arrests were made in Bihar for the alleged paper leak.
