OKC firefighters build fire truck, fire station costumes for girls with special needs
Oklahoma City firefighters went above and beyond to help two local girls with special needs.
The girls’ mother reached out to the fire department on Facebook, asking for help designing the girls’ costumes.
They are both in wheelchairs, so the costume had to incorporate that.Firefighters invited the family to dinner and helped the girls build their costumes.
One of the girls is a fire truck, and the other girl is a fire station.
