Derick Almena Accepts Plea Deal in Ghost Ship Warehouse Fire
Derick Almena, the master leaseholder of the Oakland Ghost Ship warehouse, accepted a plea deal Friday morning that would avoid a second trial and likely any prison time for the deadly fire which claimed 36 lives.
