Elderly couple get Covid jab after recovering from virus

Over 30 new Covid vaccination centres have opened across England, including one at a Wickes DIY store in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Geoff and Jenny Holland, aged 86 and 90, were among the over-80s receiving their jab, having both recovered from Covid at the end of last year.

The couple met 18 months ago and were due to get married in April but after being postponed twice they finally got married in August.
