Putting Lalu Yadav behind bars political torture by Centre: Tej Pratap

RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav released postcard addressing President Ram Nath Kovind, and sought acquittal of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on January 25.

Speaking to mediapersons, Lalu's son alleged putting his father behind bars is a political torture by Centre.

"He (Lalu Prasad Yadav) has been put behind bars as part of a conspiracy and is imprisoned despite prolonged illness.

It's political torture by Centre," said RJD's Tej Pratap.
