PM announces enforced quarantine for some travellers
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has told MPs that UK nationals and residents returning from "red list" countries will be placed in quarantine in Government-provided accommodation such as hotels for 10 days.

Boris Johnson made a surprise appearance on the general election campaign trail on Tuesday night, telling a Tory rally: āWeāre all here because we love our country.ā
He repeated warnings of a Labour "supermajority" and said a vote for Reform UK would contribute to that majority.

A man and a woman in their twenties have died and their two children are in hospital after a house fire in Blackpool.
