Watch: RLP chief shows placard, raises slogans during President's address in Parliament
Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) chief Hanuman Beniwal showed a placard and also raised slogans, demanding the repeal of the three farm laws during President Ram Nath Kovind's address in the Parliament on January 29.
Several other parties also boycotted the President's address today.
