Andrew Cuomo’s administration undercounted Covid-19 deaths in nursing homes as Cuomo was telling the public that New York’s nursing home death toll was lower than most states.
Iran’s interim foreign minister, Ali Bagheri Kani, has laid the blame for Israel’s ongoing actions in the Gaza Strip squarely on the United States, emphasising the importance of multilateralism to achieve global peace and stability. His remarks came upon his arrival in New York on Monday night to participate in two critical debates at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). The debates, scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, will focus on the topics of multilateralism and Palestine, respectively.
