Snow arrived in Maryland early Thursday morning, but some areas saw sleet, wintry mix and freezing rain. Icy roads will make for potentially treacherous travel Friday morning.
A cold front is moving through the mid-state bringing rain and wind with it. Friday is expected to be dry with sunshine peeking through in the afternoon.
