Yadav asserted that Singh has not written 'Azadi Patra' for release of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav from jail.

He said, "I've come here but Jagada Nand Singh (Bihar RJD president) is sitting in his chamber.

He has not written 'Azadi Patra' (for release of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav from jail).
