Chamoli glacier burst: Death toll mounts to 54

As per Chamoli Police, three bodies were retrieved on February 15 from the Tapovan tunnel, taking the death toll to 54 so far.

Cases of 179 missing people have been registered at Joshimath Police Station till now.

Relief and rescue operation is still underway.

Speaking to ANI, the Deputy Commandant of NDRF, Aditya Pratap Singh said, "Operation is still underway, we are working 24/7."
