Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the convocation ceremony of Visva-Bharati University.
The event took place via video conferencing on February 19.
While addressing the event, PM Modi said, "It is inspiring and delightful to take part in this convocation ceremony.
It would have been good if I had come there personally to take part in the ceremony today but due to the new rules (COVID-19) I am taking part in this event through video conferencing."
