Will march to Parliament with 40 lakh tractors if farm laws aren't taken back: Rakesh Tikait
Farmer leaders including Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) spokesperson Rakesh Tikait attended a rally in Rajasthan's Sikar.
While addressing the rally, Tikait said, "Our next call will be for a march to Parliament, and not just 4 lakh tractors but 40 lakh tractors will go there if farm laws are not taken back."
The Home Secretary has indicated her support for proposals to legalise assisted dying for terminally ill people, ahead of a Commons vote next week. Yvette Cooper referred to her past backing of similar legislation when it was considered in Parliament several years ago. Report by Covellm.
