A wild bear was rescued from a ditch in Odisha’s Nabarangpur on February 23.

The bear was rescued after a 10-hour long operation by the Forest department.

Villagers alerted the forest department officials who launched a rescue operation.

The officials captured the bear with help of a rope & managed to get it inside a cage.

The wild bear was later released into the wild after medical examination.
