Madurai airport grabs second position in customer satisfaction survey

Madurai airport has been ranked second in the Customer Satisfaction Survey 2020 (CSS) after competing with 56 airports of India.

The Airport Authority of India (AAI) conducted the round-II of the customer care satisfaction between July and December 2020.

Madurai airport jumped from fourth position in 2019 to second in 2020.

Parameters on which airport was marked included overall satisfaction, access, passport control, security, amenities, environment, services and travel details.
