Watch: Tharoor pulls auto-rickshaw with rope to protest soaring fuel prices

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor was seen pulling an auto-rickshaw with rope to protest against the soaring fuel prices.

Tharoor was joined by many auto-drivers and some Congress workers as well.

The Congress leader claimed that around a 100 auto-rickshaws were part of the protest outside the state secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram.

‘Symbolically pulled an auto-rickshaw in Thiruvananthapuram to protest extortionate fuel taxes & the failure of both Central & State governments to reduce their share of the loot.

Over a hundred autos joined the protest under the auspices of @INTUCnational,’ Tharoor tweeted.
