'Cricket is a small thing, life of our soldiers more important': Gautam Gambhir

Former India opener and BJP MP Gautam Gambhir spoke on the ties with Pakistan.

Gambhir said there should be no relation with Pak till cross-border terrorism gets over.

On Thursday, global terror financing watchdog FATF retained Pak on its 'grey list' till June.

FATF said Pak failed to fully implement the 27-point action plan that it had drawn up.

“Cricket is a very small thing and the lives of our soldiers are more important.

There should be no relationship with Pak till cross-border terrorism gets over,” he said.

Gambhir was campaigning for bypolls of 5 municipal wards in Delhi, which ended on Friday.

Main rivals AAP, BJP and Congress have claimed they will emerge victorious in the contest.

Voting for the municipal by-elections will be held on Sunday, results on March 3.
