Congress leader Kapil Sibal during 'Shanti Sammelan', a show of strength in Jammu on February 27, agreed that Congress party is getting weak and said that 'G-23' has gathered to strengthen the party together that is getting weak.

"The truth is that we see Congress party getting weak.

That is why we have gathered here.

We had gathered together earlier too and we have to strengthen the party together," said Sibal.
