Maryland State Police are cracking down on illegal street racing in Baltimore County after a multi-vehicle crash was reported on I-70 earlier this week.
Following a settlement with the state, there were lots of local reactions. 23ABC's Sports Director Kari Osep has more on what this settlement means for sports here in Kern County.
