Costa Rica requests India for vaccine, needs 10 million doses

Ambassador of Costa Rica to India, Claudio Ansorena, on March 17 informed that San Jose has made a request for around 10 million COVID-19 vaccine doses from New Delhi."We would like India to increase investment to Costa Rica.

We would like to get vaccines for our population.

But I understand the supply is restricted... A request has been placed.

The population is 5 million, with 2 doses for each person, it would become 10 million doses," said Claudio Ansorena.
