Bhartiya Kisan Union National spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said to the farmers of Karnataka's Shivamogga that they need to make a 'Delhi' in Bengaluru, gheraoing it from all sides.
"You have to lay siege to Bengaluru from all directions.
Around 30,000 tractors are surrounding Delhi," he said.
'PM said farmers can sell crops anywhere so you take your cops to offices to DC, SDM and if police stop you, ask them to buy crops on MSP," he added.
Tikait was addressing a Mahapanchayat in Shivamogga.
